68) IRAN-IRAQ HIT BY EARTHQUAKE A strong 7.3-magnitude earthquake shook the northern border region between Iran and Iraq, killing at-least 160 persons and injuring several hundred others. The center of the earthquake was south of the Iraqi town of Halabja. 69) BHARATNET PROJECT LAUNCHED The second and final phase of BharatNet project launched to provide high-speed broadband service in all remaining 1.5 lakh Gram Panchayats by March 2019.
